（中央社記者姜遠珍首爾27日專電）南韓軍方高層人士今天透露，韓美兩軍今年6月制定並簽署「作戰計劃5015」，代替過去的「作戰計劃5027」，旨在更有效地因應北韓大規模殺傷性武器。
南韓聯合新聞通訊社報導，「作戰計劃5015」是把作戰重點放在摧毀北韓的核武器、飛彈、生化武器等大規模殺傷性武器（WMD）。
按照「作戰計劃5027」，如果朝鮮半島出現緊急情況，韓美將對北韓進行先發制人攻擊。
據報導，今年的韓美聯合軍演「乙支自由衛士」（UFG，8月17日至28日）也在「作戰計劃5015」框架下進行。
南韓軍方表示，今年的UFG演習中，假想北韓使用生化武器的情況，重點演練把北韓攻擊所帶來的損失降到最低。1040827
